Pen to Paper to Web

by June

I once heard that the richest place in the world is the graveyard.  In the graveyard you’ll find ideas that were never capitalized on.  Often times, we are our own worst enemy.  We talk ourselves out of our ideas.  What I’ve learned is that you have to be weary of over-thinking and over-analyzing.  Sometimes you just have to take what’s on your mind and put the pen to paper and start to make your ideas tangible.  In today’s world, what we put on that paper in the physical world sometimes needs to make its way to the digital world.

The first time I put my blog idea to paper. It's come a long way.

Working on PROJECT Y is starting to take a lot of my time but I want the world to see my vision.  Luckily for me, I know I can’t do it alone.  So a team is being carefully built.  Right now I’m just working on site concepts and designs.  Let’s make one thing clear: I’M NOT A DESIGNER.  I’m just a strategist that likes to dabble.

Working on the first draft of a site map.

Pizza Rolls and 50% Mango juice is the late night meal of champs.

What helps me get past my creator's block.

PROJECT Y is a passion project.  It’s a chance for me to do what I love: create.  I’ve still got a long ways to go but I’m confident in the direction in which it’s going.  Respect to all the other late night grinders.

If you have an idea or a dream.  Take the first step: Write it down. Now.
